| Grace Falls, Inc. exists to provide college-bound adult and non-traditional students with individualized connectivity of the components in their communities best suited to support academic success. Support is available from adult literacy though degree completion with varying levels of intensive retention services. Services are generally available when individuals cannot access traditional high school academic advisement and when they have exhausted available workforce development training initiatives. The intent is to secure a career that provides a PERMANENT living wage. " I am of this silly belief that no one should 'age out' of college counseling at age 24 or 35 or even 46. While the approach may be different, the thirst for an attainable education is still alive. Our aim is connectivity. Our students need connections to the community resources best suited for their situations. Where those services are not available to our students, we make our best effort to put them in place. Our student Work Plans must be clear, complete, appropriate and achievable. While achievable Work Plans are in place for our pre-professional students, our Student Services Programs are a 'work in progress' to accommodate the varying needs of our adult students."
