ARACOPA Educational Services takes its Health Information Technology Certification Prep Series National! ARACOPA Educational Services is extending invitations to over 6,000 healthcare clinics throughout the United States in its efforts to increase the number of certified health information specialists -- medical billers and coders. The focus is to provide group study options, materials and financial assistance -- $2.6 million in total -- for individual who have either worked or trained in some aspects of healthcare reimbursement but who are not yet Certified by a Nationally-recognized body. The end result of the Health Information Technology Certification Prep Series is to improve the skillset of individuals working in healthcare administration (including medical records and reimbursement) as a direct correlation to the quality of care received by patients and the ability to build capacity for clinics and practices through a better-prepared workforce.
